Movement Classes (known as Move Together) start this September in partnership with Age UK South Gloucestershire. This is a 45-minute fun and interactive class, which involves drama and movement aimed at bringing different generations together. There will then be a further 45 minutes social time with hot and cold drinks, cakes and biscuits afterwards. 
 
Each family or child who joins the classes will be paired with an older person, with the aim of building friendships and connections. We all know how good movement is for our mental and physical health, but research has also shown that intergenerational classes help both older and younger generations. This is for children aged 4 – 8 and residents of our local community aged 50+. A voluntary donation will be given on entrance.
