WELLBEING SESSIONS FOR LADIES!

We are really excited here at Inspire to start some wellbeing sessions for ladies.  We are starting a series of wellbeing times and events to help you not only look after yourself, but hopefully make new friends and have a giggle too!  All events have been subsidised by Inspire to keep the costs affordable for you!

Wellbeing Book Club:

Tuesdays 10.30am starting 17th September term time only - Voluntary Donation

Come and join us for coffee and cake and discussion around books on Wellbeing.  Perhaps you are exhausted, tearing your heart out with your children, feeling lonely or just want to make new friends.  This is the place for you!  The first book we read will be ‘One Woman’s Guide to Life.’  This book is an honest account from a wife, mum, a woman who wants to share some of the highs and lows of her life and help you find balance, happiness and joy in life.  It’s had some fantastic reviews, and we cannot wait to dive into it with you.  The book will be provided free of charge and all we ask is you make a voluntary donation towards the cost of running this.

Peace, Health and Wellbeing evening:

Sunday 6th October 7.30 – 9pm. £2 per person

Looking after our own physical and mental health can be such a challenge!  With so many pressures in life, it can be hard to make time to look after ourselves but yet without it, our bodies and minds can easily crumble.  This evening will be full of stories, practical tips, pampering and more to help you on your life’s journey.  Drinks and nibbles will be available throughout the evening.

Relaxation Hour:

Sunday 17th November either 6 – 7pm or 7.30 – 8.30pm £2 per person

Do you struggle to switch off your mind?  How is your bedtime routine?  Do you carry stress and worries throughout your body?  If so, this hour is for you!  With a small number in each session, we will look at techniques and breathing exercises to relax your body, stretches, meditation and also a good bedtime pamper routine all designed to help you feel rested and drift off to sleep.  Each hour will be followed by a time for a relaxing herbal tea, hot chocolate and cake, so you feel rested and ready to go to sleep.  If you have an exercise mat do bring one along (we have several available for use).  Wear comfy clothing and feel free to bring a blanket and a pillow too for ultimate relaxation.

All events are held at Caedmon Complex, Bristol Road, Thornbury, BS35 3JA

These sessions are being run by The Inspire Arts Trust and The NGM Trust.  Their staff include a qualified fitness and nutrition instructor, personal trainer, wellbeing coaches, Temple Spa consultants and many women with lots of life experience.

*If you cannot afford the costs, we would still love you to come.  Please indicate this on the booking form (this information will be kept confidential)
