The Inspire Arts Trust is a charity with the aim of developing people (primarily young people) through music, dance and the creative arts; and inspiring them to realise their potential, be creative and live their dream. Inspire has a lot to offer including our performing arts academy BALPA (Bristol Academy of Live Performing Arts) which opens its doors to around 200 young people each week. We now run fitness classes, adult dance classes and classes for the older generation as well. Throughout the years we have worked with schools, young offenders institutes, specialist organisations, prisons and many other organisations both in South Gloucestershire and beyond. Activity Days
NEW DATES ADDED!

Our BALPA activity days run in the school holidays for children from Reception all the way through to Year 6 (school year as of September 2026). The days typically run from 10am – 4pm and are held at Caedmon Complex our purpose-built performing arts complex in Thornbury (next to Tesco).
These days are subsidised by Inspire to ensure the cost is kept low. £18 per child per day including lunch. Free spaces are available for those on benefit-related school meals.
We are running activity days on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the summer holidays:
28th & 30th July
4th, 6th, 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th & 27th August.
